Creative Journal Club - Saturday 5 December 10am to 12noon

Step away from the noise of everyday life and join us for a relaxed, inspiring session of creativity, connection and self-expression.

In this session we will be looking at different types of pockets including tuck spots, belly bands, layered and gusset pockets.

Creative Journal Club is a welcoming space for anyone who would like to slow down, play with materials and explore the simple joy of making. Whether you're an experienced artist, a dedicated journal keeper, or someone who hasn't picked up a glue stick since school, you'll find a place here.

There are no rules, no expectations and absolutely no artistic ability required.

Each session offers the opportunity to create pages that reflect your thoughts, interests, memories, dreams or simply your love of colour and texture. Work quietly, chat with others, follow a prompt if you wish, or let your imagination lead the way.

You'll have access to a huge selection of supplies including:

• Beautiful papers and book pages
• Vintage ephemera and collage materials
• Washi tapes and stickers
• Beads, ribbons and embellishments
• Pens, pencils and markers
• Ink, stamps and stencils
• Handmade and decorative papers
• Seasonal treasures and found materials

Everything is provided, so you can simply turn up and create.

The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and encouraging. Come alone or bring a friend. Many people attend on their own and quickly discover a welcoming creative community.

Leave with completed journal pages, fresh inspiration and a few peaceful hours spent making something uniquely yours.

Spaces are limited to ensure plenty of room, materials and individual support.
